Need a sample through a BL where it is shown that business with India, unnamed recipient Procedure: 1. Buyer issue a ICPO on Company Letter Head, then the seller issue a FCO. 2. Buyer returns the FCO with signature and seal. 3. Seller sends the draft SPA to the buyer for review and amendment if any.
